Consultation on the proposed expansion of Hillhouse C of E Primary School

 

The Governing Body of Hillhouse C of E Primary School has taken the decision to consult on a proposal to expand from a 1.5 form entry school to a 2 form entry school i.e. to increase the Published Admission Number from 45 to 60 pupil places per annum.

 

A statutory process must be followed when consulting on such a significant change to a school.  It is important that all interested parties are made aware of the proposal and have an opportunity to ask questions and make comments.

 

Full details of the proposal are contained within a consultation document which can be viewed on the School’s website www.hillhouse.essex.sch.uk from 27 September 2021.

 

Any person may make comments on the proposal by sending them by e-mail to

consultation@hillhouse.efspt.org

or by letter to myself or Mrs E Anderson, Chair of Governors c/o the School Office.

 

If you require a paper copy of the consultation document you may obtain one by contacting the School Office.

 

The consultation process will run from 27 September 2021 to 8 November 2021.
